When I edit a policy and look at the "Oversized and undersized VMs" page, I'm surprised about the 1% value for "is more than 1% for the entire range".
How do I read this? The way I read it now is: When using the defaults, this would mean when a VM is using less than 30% CPU for a 1% periode of time ( = 1% of 30 days = 7.2hrs) it has too many resources assigned. To me 7.2hrs is very low, actually I would rather tone down the VMs resources when it is below 30% for 90% of the time.
How do you work with these values? Do you mostly use the defaults from the default policy or adjust them?
